Why it is not slop. Useful in the plainest sense: earlier warnings of cyclones and extreme weather. The paper says what it cannot do, and the forecasters keep the responsibility.

Why it is not slop. Every result carries an honest uncertainty measure. The most useful AI output ever published, and it says where it might be wrong.
